The hotel staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. The room was large, light, clean and comfortable. The location was excellent being a few minutes away from the Place D'Italie Metro station. It was an easy walk to the bars and cafes in the Latin Quarter. We were able to leave our bags on the day we left, which was convenient as we didn't leave until the evening.
The lift was extremely small and it was difficult to fit 2 adults with cases. Air conditioning or a ceiling fan would have been nice as it was quite hot whilst we were there.

Reasonable location, reasonable price.
Dingy room, exposed wires. Also, this was not the hotel we thought we booked - there are two/three Hotel des Arts in Paris and we thought we booked the one in Montmartre.

Satisfactory breakfasts, with sweet food and good coffee, as for instance. Lovely location with restaurants and bars nearby. Located 5 min walk away from Campo Formio tube station.

The staff were helpful and changed my room when I asked, and the rooms were clean, with comfortable firm beds.
I was really disappointed with this hotel. It doesn't look anything remotely like the photos on the website. My room was dark and shabby and the walls very thin, which meant I could hear almost every word the people said in the room next door. The carpet was old, the room generally depressing, and the bathroom was tiny. All three of my group were bitten by insects. The area was depressing too, with the burnt-out police station next door. I wouldn't go back. There are many much better hotels in Paris for 80 euros a night.

Very helpful staff. Clean, comfortable, quiet, by metro and by cafe, bars and cinema. Wifi intermittent. Nice touches such as cloth in bread basket and breakfast good. Generous and helpful staff.
